Avatare Motorhead

Motörhead are a British heavy metal band formed in 1975 by bassist, singer and songwriter Lemmy (real name Ian Kilmister) after his ejection from the space-rock band Hawkwind.

"Motörhead's overwhelmingly loud and fast style of heavy metal was one of the most groundbreaking styles the genre had to offer in the late '70s"; their blending of punk rock's speed and attitude with more traditional heavy metal influenced the development of speed metal and thrash metal". the band are typically classified as heavy metal or speed metal, Kilmister, just like AC/DC's Angus and Malcolm Young, dislikes the label, preferring to describe Motörhead's style simply as "rock and roll." Motörhead's lyrics cover such topics as war, good versus evil, abuse of power, promiscuous sex, substance abuse, and "life on the road" — the latter is portrayed in songs like "(We Are) The Road Crew", "Iron Horse/Born to Lose", and "Keep Us on the Road".

Music: Him avatars

HIM "JOIN ME IN DEATH"

HIM is a band from Finland formed in 1991 by vocalist Ville Valo, guitarist Mikko Lindström, and bassist Migé Amour.[1] They have released five full length albums to date. The band was originally called His Infernal Majesty, but they soon changed this to simply HIM. (see below). As of 2006, they are the first and only Finnish rock band to sell Gold in the United States.

Heartagram is the name of a trademarked symbol of HIM. It is a cross between a heart and an inverted pentagram. Valo created the Heartagram the day after his 20th birthday. The heartagram has been falsely associated with satanism, leading some to believe HIM is satanic. The heartagram symbolizes the contrast or perfect balance between life and death, love and hatred, darkness and light, good and evil, or even love and death together. Valo has said that "the heartagram stands for HIM as a band, as an entity, and for 'love metal' in general,".
